Chandler Vaccaro brings a rich and diverse background in movement to the university community, fueled by a passion for cultivating joy and self-awareness through embodied practice. With a Bachelor's of Science in Exercise & Sport Science from the University of Utah and extensive training in yoga, Pilates, aerial arts and the Alexander Technique, Chandler empowers individuals to explore their physical capabilities and foster a deeper connection with their bodies. Her approach emphasizes mindful movement, breathwork, and somatic practices, drawing from her years of personal exploration and study.

As an experimenter and educator, Chandler excels at bridging disciplines and inviting students to discover their own unique movement potential. She is dedicated to equipping students in the Actor Training Program with tools for personal sustainability and freedom of expression, promoting both personal and professional well-being. Grounded in embodied patience and a spirit of gentle curiosity, Chandler creates a supportive and transformative learning environment, encouraging students to navigate life's complexities in and off the stage with greater calm and self-understanding. Her work reflects a commitment to empowering individuals to find poise and resilience within themselves.
