Nathan Brian is a well-rounded and inspirational teacher who desires to provide students with the highest level of education and stimulate a healthy atmosphere of personal growth and development. His passion for arts education is unmistakable. After receiving performance degrees from The University of Utah and The University of Michigan, Nathan has enjoyed a diverse performing career with extensive experiences on stages across the country. Some of his favorites include: Tommy (Brigadoon), Sky Masterson (Guys and Dolls), Curly (Oklahoma!), Sid (The Pajama Game), Harold Hill (The Music Man), Bob Wallace (White Christmas), Giuseppe (The Gondoliers), Dick Deadeye (HMS Pinafore), Papageno (The Magic Flute), and Marcello (La Bohème). Although higher education and extensive professional performing experience appear to be his highest qualifications, Nathan has worked as an educator in a variety of capacities for nearly 20 years. In addition to teaching at the University of Utah, Nathan currently creates and designs art, music, and theater curriculum for young children.
